Cancellation 

If you are no longer able to make your appointment we ask that you give us as much notice as possible to ensure our ability to fill your appointment.

If we receive less than 48 hours’ notice or ‘No show’, you will be charged the full cost of the service/treatment.

Booking via Phone or in the Salon

We require a 50% deposit to secure your colour appointment  and 20% deposit for other services.

If you have a previous ‘no show’ appointment, we require the full cost of the service.

For all December, prom hair & make up appointments, we require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. This can be taken via card over the phone or you can pop into the salon.

Online Bookings via website or App

You can cancel or change your booking online in ‘My Booking History’ up to 48 hours in advance of your visit with no extra charge. However, if you fail to adhere to the cancellation policy as stated under the terms and conditions the business has the right to charge you the balance of your booking amount left to pay in the salon by way of your online payment method.

Prices are guideline only and can vary depending on the staff member and the service performed in the salon.

Online Deposits

We require £1.50 deposit to secure your booking. If you cancel your appointment online, you will lose the deposit. If the cancellation is done by the salon, you will be credited the deposit amount to your online account for future use. It is automatically put against your next appointment booked online.

If you reschedule your appointment, the deposit is retained on your account for their next appointment.

Lateness

Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 100% of the service scheduled.

 

Patch Tests

Patch testing required for Brows, Lash lift, lash and eyebrow tinting must be carried out a minimum of 48 hours prior to the treatment.

For new clients, patch testing is required for hair colouring must be carried out a minimum of 48 hours prior to the treatment. Patch tests carried out at other establishments are not valid. Patch testing is required if it has been more than 12 months since their last treatment.

Treatments for 16’s and under are not permitted without Parent/Guardian consent. We cannot carry out treatments that require skin tests such as Tinting or Eyelash Extensions on anyone aged 16 or under, pregnant or breastfeeding.

A patch test is simple and quick. All you have to do is pop into our Honey and Violet hair & beauty salon and a H&V team member will dot a small amount of tint behind your ear to check for adverse reactions.

Covid-19 Policy

If you have tested positive for COVlD-19 – please advise us as soon as possible. We have a 48 hours cancellation policy (see above)
